Return and Refund Policy

All Tyrecheckers® Pty Ltd (Tyrecheckers®) products come with a warranty, please refer to our product warranty policy for more information.

If you order the wrong product we will take it back, if it is in the original packaging and there is no evidence of tampering and it is returned within 7 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required for all return items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Delivery Policy

Items are shipped both domestically and internationally via Australia Post. Please refer to postage costs under the ‘drop down’ on the order items and delivery web page. Postage costs are per order rather than per item. Tyrecheckers® is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.

The expected delivery time is 3-5 business days to most Australian destinations. Whilst Tyrecheckers® will not be held responsible for any orders lost by the postal service, we will make every attempt to get your package to you in a safe and timely manner and will assist with tracking (where registered post is used).

While we maintain high stock levels, there may be instances where an item is out of stock. If we are unable to fill an order we will make contact with you within two business days of the order being placed and you can choose to place the item on back order, replace with items that are in stock or cancel the order and be refunded.
